The state troopers arrested me and my brother for a grow that had three other people on their groundhog camera.They destroyed evidence while this case was going on.My question is where do I find out who snitched,criminal record of suspected snitches,how convicted felons can snitch and/or is the names of snitches in the police report

Your lawyer can get the affidavit for the search warrant. His name will be ON there. Sometimes, however, when the snitch is a cop, or a professional snitch, they'll refuse to identify him..

Nonetheless, in this fair land of ours, the Constitution says you have the RIGHT to CONFRONT your accuser, so he can't hide forever.
