I'm 28 years old and it's the very first time that I have a blood cloth. Should I go to the doctor or can I wait and see if I get it next month also?

I have my period when I was taking a bath a blood clot came out, looks like a piece of liver.

That doesn't sound like a clot. More like a piece of tissue. Could be you were pregnant.

I assume that is a, "Yes I had unprotected sex with my husband during that period of time."

As Tickle said, it could have been a rejected embryo. Not really something to be concerned with but I would go to your doctor just to be safe.
