I've been on probabtion for about 3 years. Hopefully done in May 2014. My dumbass was fighting in a mall and the cops didn't arrest us then and there but we were on camera and the police made a report. Now I'm only being charged with misdemeanors and before I was charged with misdemeanors. What will happen? Im on probabtion for forgery now I'm being charged with threats.

You're going to be violated.. Will they make you do time? Maybe.

You will notify your Probation officer, hopefully you have already done that.

He will violate you and you will have a hearing before a judge.

What he decides will depend on many factors. it is very likely you will do a little time.
