I have been renting my mobile home for 2 years and apparently my renter had not been using any filters in the electric furnace, she moved out last week I turned on the heat and smelled burning smell dust I assume entire unit full of dust. It ran to the temp setting and cut off , I went to turn it back on again and it only makes a humming sound, blower not blowing.. What should I do?
