Im feeling a spacey feeling, like unreal disconnected for my surrounding. I have an ear infection in both my ears and have flu like symptoms. Is this a symptom of the ear infection?

It can be because of the disorientation effect from the ear infections. I would go get checked out to make sure it isn't something more serious and to get some antibiotics for your ear infections.
