Yes, it's possible. However, as said before, you just don't know until you can test.
The MA pill could be delaying your period or even skipping it, yet you can have symptoms.
Those same symptoms can mean pregnant.
There is NO way to know yet. Pay a clinic for a blood test if you can afford it.
Personally, if you took the pill correctly, I would wait a bit. Maybe make an appointment for Monday. But you can't get one for 'free' - it's a non essential visit.
