Ge profile refrigerator is freezing up on freezer side door around the ice maker shoot. On the outside... the ice cube maker works but only crushes ice instead of cubes. I have it set on cubes and it gives me crushed ice instead.

You have an air leak around the ice door. You will have to look at it to decide what part is leaking. You have a bad switch or a mechanical problem that keeps it from switching from crushed to cubed that you will have to diagnose with a meter.
