    Electric heat is always on high and cannot lower temperature.
    I replaced thermostats,continuity in the heaters appears to be fine.cicuit breakers do not trip or get warm.I just can't figure out why I can' turn down the heat.They are Honeywell digital thermostats

    Are they rated for electric heat? 240 VAC?
