I didn't have sex for a year and 3months,then now in October I started having unprotected sex from the 4th till the 16th.Just before the 16th I noticed that my breast are swollen but not sore,than on the 20th I got my period but it is lighter than my normal period.I am a heavy bleeder and get bad cramps the first 2days of my periods,but this time I did not have any cramps nor did I bleed heavly.. I want to know if I could be pregnant or what?

If you had sex, unprotected or not, you could be pregnant. There is no form of birth control that is 100% effective.

You got your period. It might be light, but you did get your period. So there is a chance you are not pregnant.

Now you are playing the waiting game and have to wait to see if your period comes next month as expected. If not, wait until it is two weeks late then test using first morning urine.

Pregnant women don't get periods. A period is the shedding of the uterine lining when there is no pregnancy. However, with that said, it is possible to have some bleeding/spotting in early pregnancy.

Chances are that you aren't, period and everything, but the body can do many lovely and interesting things, if you miss your next period then you take a test about two weeks after that.

Are you wanting to get pregnant? If not you should re-evaluate your birth control options and methods.
