I have had custody of my son all of his life about two years ago his dad whom never had interest in my son before decided to be a dad I let him see him for an hour and he didn't give him back we went threw an ugly cort battle and he won we have joint custody and he has physical custody my son is going to be ten and does not want to be with his dad I pay 400 a month for child support and yet still have to buy my son what he needs because his dad won't what do I do my poor baby just wants to come home

Since it has been 2 years you can file a custody case to have it changed. The only way it is going to change is through the courts. Also paying $400 a month in child support has no relavence to custody.

if he for 8 years never saw the child, and keep him after one visit, that means most likley you never during the prior years filed for custody. Next it seems that perhaps father had an attorney and you did not. Since for father to get physical custody is rare unless he shows your home was not fit. Not enough details as to why he won. But you need to hire an attorney and return to court.
