I had mirena for 2 yeard and didn't have a period at all. I had mirena removed 4 months ago and my peeiods have been on a 35 days cycle. So far this month I haven't had a period and I'm now 2 days late. I took a test last night it came back.negative. Can mirena lower your hcg levels? And can I still be pregnant?

You tested way to early, first 3 days is not really considered late. You have to wait till you are at least 14 days to test.

Okay I keep waiting. I haven't had intercourse sincd sept 10tg had my period the 11th. I haven't had any ymptoms except the missed period.
