Basically, I saw this movie awhile back and I know it was made in either the 80s or 90s.. But all I know is that it was a horror movie about a cannibal like creature that has been bringing people to it's underground lair or something and it's located under a city. And a woman detective or whoever she is investigates, and finds where all the bodies are and finds the creature that's behind it all, and it looks like a human but it's completely bald & white with Razor sharp teeth, I think. Another thing, is she see's it while looking through a tunnel or something and it stares back at her then runs back to its lair. Please, if you know of this movie tell me! I know I didn't describe it very well, but that's all I know.
