Ok so here is my story. My last period started on the 7th of September. I am now 13 days late. My boyfriend and I were sexually active around my ovulation time. I never miss a period. I took a test and it came back negative but 30 minutes later it turned a clear positive. I went to the doctors and she did a pap smear on me and a blood test. I am still waiting for the results. Well after the Pap smear I had a little bleeding which stopped but today I have been having mild cramps and light bleeding all day. What does that mean? Am I pregnant? Is this just implantation bleeding? Or was I never pregnant just a false positive?

Any result after 30 minutes is not accurate. There's a reason that all tests tell you to read the results after a certain amount of time. If you read the test after that time frame, the result shown is null and void. So ignore that test result completely.

At 13 days late it's too early to test. I'm assuming, based on your post, that you tested long before the 13 days. It's best to test when you're 2 weeks late, using first morning urine. So try another test tomorrow morning when you wake up. If that test is negative wait for your next period. If you miss it, take another test or get a blood test at your doctors office.

Sadly we can't tell you what's going on. Pregnancy can only be diagnosed with urine, blood, or an ultrasound in later pregnancy. There's no way to diagnose it online.
