Florida ignition interlock violation
Can someone explain what I can expect after a 2nd failed ignition interlock test in Florida? My first occurred two days after it was installed, I completely forgot that my mouthwash would set it off. I was late for work so I caught a ride and didn't blow again till I returned home that evening. After three months on the wagon, I slipped up and had a few last night, slept it off, and blew a fail at 10 am this morning. Again, caught a ride to work and haven't blown since. Should I just tell my PO when I see her next week? What do the IID people do - call DMV, her, etc? I see there is a compliance program required for 2 violations. A best case scenario and worst case scenario would be helpful.
