When I tried to initiate the heat mode and program my winter schedule, I discovered the Set Time, Ahead, Warmer and Run Program functions (i.e. Top level of keys) do not work. Basically, all I can do is Hold Temperature. I've replaced batteries and reversed polarity to no avail. Is the thermostat kaput or is there some other fix that I can try?
