Assalam o alaikum, I have committed a guilty by unknowing its effect, but now I'm realizing the fruit of the guilt and at this time I want to seek forgiveness of ALLAH. What can I do?

Also, I want to know that how can one person increase his/her self dignity by the way of Islam, and is love marriage acceptable in Islam?
