No one can know if you are pregnant or not, but any contact of penis with vagina can result in pregnancy. Get birth control, preferably the pill.

Of course he talked you into taking the pill, he is not the one going to be taking care of the baby. This is one really good reason to consider dumping the boyfriend,since it is obvious he has little concern over you or possible pregnancy. There no other option except wait and see, standing, he could have "entered" a little, if he was pushed up against you. So it can happen.
