Me and my boyfriend had unprotected sex on the 29th of September and my period is due the 23rd of October I haven't missed it yet obviously. But my breast are really sore, tender nipples. I use the bathroom more that usual and I had cramps last week. But I took a pregnancy test and it was negative could I still be pregnant?

Testing before your period is even due, is not a valid test. Any time you have sex, even if protection is used, pregnancy is possible. You had unprotected sex, so you've increased the odds.

Wait until your period. If you miss it, wait 2 weeks, then test using first morning urine.

It's too early for pregnancy symptoms. The first pregnancy symptom this early on, would be a missed period, which hasn't happened yet.
