My husband has a MOTION TO PROCEED WITH ADJ OF GUILT what does that mean?
I've never seen the charge before, so I don't even know what to make of it!
A few years ago in 2010 he got charged with a burglary of inhabitation charge, 2011 he went to jail and had to go to a rehabilitation center due to coming out dirty for marijuana. Today his PO told him he had a arrest warrant for the past three weeks he put his head down and the sherrifs were behind my husband!
I thought it would be under violation of probation, if anyone has answers! HELP!

It means that they decided back then to not convict him if he would fully comply with the rehabilitation program. But he has, apparently, done something wrong and therefore they are going to convict him for the burglary.
