What is the penalty for a technical felony violation in the state of Georgia?

If you're talking about missing a meeting with your PO, he might put you in jail for a week or so. But, I'm extrapolating a LOT from your minimalist post.

I was sentenced to a 10 serve 2. I served my two and when I got out I went by po office to tell him I was out. He was not there. I was living on the streets at that time and was struggling to eat and find work. I never reported again. He has issued a warrant for my arrest.

Yeah, it did. That's a little more than a technical violation.. Like I said above. A technical violation is when you miss a meeting.. You missed EVERYTHING.

You've got TEN years hanging over your head. I think they'll make you do a couple of 'em.

But yes most likely you will go back to serve at least 2, and maybe more. Homeless on the street is not excuse, in fact, you have nothing else to do. But sleep on the door step of the PO office till he is back in.
