I want to install dish network and the technician came and said there is no connection line in the cable jack or phone line jack what to do to make it work

Need to have cables run from the rooms to a panel box and a main cable from the dish to the panel box. You also need power for the system. Installing company will to the job for a cost. Not a very difficult job if 1 story with a basement or crawl space. I just wired 4 rooms at my son's house.
