Hi can someone help me I came off the injection in May only had one shot I had my first heavy period last month on the 13 sept which lasted about two weeks . The last couple of days I've been spotting light blood sometimes brown colour it's stop now so only last two days I also had stomach pain like when your period starts . I do have a lot of unprotected sex with my parter . I took a test while I was spotting but it was negative can someone tell me what is going on please?

It could be your body still readjusting but it could also be the early stages of pregnancy. Give it another two weeks and try again with the home pregnancy test. That will either confirm or deny it.
