M 21 n late on periods.. v did take pills after 18 hrs... also used condoms... any chances of pregnancy

ANY time there is penile insertion, there is the risk of pregnancy. You can minimize those risks, but not eliminate them. The first sign of pregnancy is a missed period, but the "morning after pill" can affect a woman's period. But at 3 weeks late its time to take a test.
