My last date of period is Aug 30, then in Sept I missed my period, in 40th they I went to my gynecologist then I got positive result , I'm so happy that I'm pregnant then suddenly I got periods in 45th day means 14th Oct, how z that possible ? Please explain I'm worried...

Talk to your gyn. Could be implantation bleeding. Could have been your body rejecting the embryo.
