Another vague movie scene ID help please

Hello all,

I've been trying to ID this movie for a while which I believe is from the 2000s.
I only recall one scene:

Large mob running up and over hill towards car with four or so people in it, on a country road. They split but a girl in vehicle is shot in head.

Very bad description I know, but that's all I have. Can anyone please help?
