Took a hair drug test today. Have only smoked 3 times this year(couple of hits).Haven't smoked anything in 96 days. Shaved my head and body 11 days after last smoke and let it grow back. Will I pass?

Haha, shaving your hair is the first sign they look for, and often will test or look closer to people who do that.

But it all depends on the guidelines, if this is for probation or parole, they may ask for new testing, because of the body shaving

I may not have been clear. I shaved my hair 11 days into the 96 that I've been clean and let it grow back to an inch in the 86 days after. They took the sample on the today which made 96 days of no weed. Do you think I'll pass?

A hair drug test is meant to show consistent use over time. A 1.5 inch sample of hair, cut at the scalp line, will go back 90 days. If you only smoked 3 times in a years time you should be able to pass a hair drug test. Sometime when a person shaves their hair it is an admission of guilt that you did do drugs at some point, so you might want to be careful about shaving.
