I was on the BC pill for four months. The last week of the fourth month, I was a little careless with taking my pills on time. I did have sex during the last two days of the pill. It has been a little over four weeks since I stopped the pill and I have had my period yet. My last period started on September 5th (It never started during the placebo week, it was always in the middle of the pill pack.) I have no idea when I'm supposed to start this month, but I've been having cramps and very sore breasts for a week, which are normal signs that my period is about to start, but it hasn't started yet. So basically my question is, can you ovulate the day you stop taking the pill, and could I be pregnant? Or is my period probably just delayed because of the pill?

It's hard to say. There is coming off the pill and then there's the sex. Best to wait for the period to come, and if it doesn't show up for a week or two then take a home pregnancy test. It is REALLY hard to say to be honest.
