Usually my periods are spot on every 28 day never late or early and I bleed for about 3 days but this time I blead for a day I've done a pregnancy test but it says negative but my belly and sighns are still telling me in on my period still??

You should wait until your period is at least 2 weeks late before testing. Since you had an off period, wait 2 weeks then test using first morning urine. Any negative test before that is not accurate.

At this point and time, there is no more "signs" just missing the period. Is normally first. Of course there are lots of reasons for short or even missed period, You can not do a pregnancy test till you are 2 week late, so you will just have to wait
