I was incarcerated when the court entered judgment to levy my bank account,its been a couple years and I do not even know who specifically sued me,what to do?? And where to start?HELP

Ask the bank. They should have a copy of the writ of garnishment or execution by which the levy was authorized. That will identify the court case, the judgment plaintiff, etc.

Alternatively, you can check with the clerk of court in your county to find the same information.
