I have 5 years on probation. I've completed 4 years and 3 months on it. I would like to know how much time would I have to do in prison if I get violated?

Your sentence was SUSPENDED based upon a successful completion of probation. If you violate, that ENTIRE sentence can be imposed.

If it was PAROLE, your release date CANNOT be changed, but you DON'T have a release date.
