Before he pulls out he's put enough pearl jam in your sandwich to make a baby. There is more then enough semen in the pre-ejaculate to make you pregnant.

You really wouldn't have any pregnancy symptoms other than a missed period this early on.

Having said that, you also mentioned weight loss and depression. Those things can also have an effect on your period.

Sadly we really can't tell you what's going on. Pregnancy is a definite possibility, so test in 4 days, and see what it says. If it's negative wait and see what happens with your next period. If you miss it too, take another test (always use first morning urine) or get a blood test done.
