No, they shouldn't.

Think about it. Why would it? There's no alcohol in the ink they use.

I believe the question concerning the ETG drug test and permanent makeup was referring to the medicine use to numb the eye area. So, would the medicine used when receiving permanent makeup effect an ETG drug test results?
