Have you discussed this with your PO? Why not? Why haven't you paid? What is monthly cost? $3700 seems to be a long time without payment. At worse, back to jail.

If you've shown GOOD FAITH in attempting to make your payments, then I believe they'll let you off probation and your fines will have the same effect as a civil judgment..

There's very little law on the subject, but it's evolving all the time. IF you get hints that they might violate you, HIRE an attorney.
