I say a movie long time ago but I can remember its name , I need your help , it's about a man fighting in jungle , I think it was in Vietnam , before the enemy managed to catch him , he ate some type of medicine that lowered his heart beat, the enemy thought he was dead and threw him in a graveyard , when he woke up he saw a skeleton with a golden ring in its finger and realized it belonged to his wife.

The move ends with our hero throwing a grenade into the enemy tank before the enemy close the hatch, and big explosion , last enemy is dead.

Please help me to identify the movie's name, it's important to me.. thanks .

I saw it in the early 90's.. I think the movie production was in the mid 80's I guess!

I do not know the actor's name, but he was with 2 soldiers ( friends ) , one of them was black man .
