I'd like to know how to fix my leaking toilet

Details:
- Back to Wall Toilet Type [See pic: http://s6.postimg.org/s8s9r48pd/DSC_0012.jpg ]
- Pressure flush tank, with no leak/water inside [ See pic: http://s6.postimg.org/4vu88lslt/DSC_0014.jpg ]
- Water source from the wall, w/ no leaking [ See pic: http://s6.postimg.org/7efx9aec1/DSC_0015.jpg ]
- Leak is from the bottom of the toilet [See pic: http://s6.postimg.org/3kr2dvmdt/DSC_0016.jpg -or http://s6.postimg.org/lvv9585jl/DSC_0017.jpg ]
- Water leak is minimized or stopped when the water source nob is turned down [when tank is not filled again and remained that way]

Is this something I can do or do I have to hire a plumber. If I have to go with a plumber, what would be the cost?

Check that the leak is not coming out between the tank and the bowl... rare with these toilets but it can happen.

Otherwise, the only other place it can leak from is from the wall gasket.

If you have no experience with toilets like these I would hire a plumber to replace the gasket (if installed wrong you could easily crack the toilet).

I have no idea on cost in your area... ;)

Thank you so much for your response. I don't believe there is a leak between the bowl and the tank [I checked it is dry]. Also, the inside of the tank is dry as well [I checked to see if the new pressure-flush tank is leaking].

The leak is only from the front of the toilet, not the back [where the gasket would be]. Is that just a coincidence [leaks wherever the sealant is off?] or could my toilet be cracked at the base? Lastly, I know gasket is relatively inexpensive but labor might be. How many hours would this take usually?

Toilet bowl could be cracked but is VERY unlikely.

Gasket leak can show up anywhere depending on how the floor pitches, right?

Finally, I simply cannot speculate on time/costs as they vary so very much depending on who walks into your home and where they are travelling from, etc. Minus travel time, the job should take an hour or so if he is good at what he does... ;)
