My period started 15 days early after my last period my last period lasted 6 days and this one only 3 days is this normal

Normal is a very broad term. Any medications/birthcontrol? Age?

I'm 33 and I take medication for bipolar and I also tied by tubes its been 9 yrs and also this has never happened before

The quick period was probably due to a immature lining of the uterus being sloughed. Usually there is much more growth but this time, not so much. As to why? It is variable. I would book an appointment with your doctor/obgyn.
