My 4 month old lab puppy hasn't been eating since she threw up 2 days ago she is still playful but not as much. She is on pedigree lamb and rice smallbites and she just don't want to eat anything. Is there anything I could give her.sholud I be worried at this time

Sometimes puppies eat too fast, get greedy, and re-gurgitate. Is she drinking lots of water and sleeping normally? If you are worried about her, perhaps she needs a check up at the vet. Has she had her vaccinations?

Vomiting can be caused by a number of things, Parvovirus, obstruction, stomach irritation, toxins, just to name a few.
At 4 months of age he should be fully vaccinated and dewormed at this point or very close to it. Is he?
Have you noticed any diarrhea?
You can try pedialyte but if he is unable to keep it will prove pointless.
IS he as Tickle asked, one of those puppies who gulp down their food quickly?
Best bet is to get him to the vet and have him checked, although we would love to be able to tell you what is going on, the fact is we just can't.

Here's the concern, based on your post. She threw up 2 days ago, and hasn't eaten since. Not eating is a sign that something is wrong. Dogs don't stop eating for no reason. I

She needs to see a vet, today would be best. It could be many different issues, none of which we can diagnose online.

I hope she's doing well. Please take her to the vet, and let us know how she's doing.

She is playing and running around .she is drinking water no diarrhea she has her shots.she was part of a big litter of 11puppies so she eats her stool but the vet prescribed her medication gor that and said she should stop by the age of 6 months when I took her about a month ago

Good catch, I was reading throwing up 2 days vs. threw up ONCE 2 days ago.

To the OP, has she eaten yet and did it stay down? I'm glad she up to date on her vaccines, is there the possibility that the vomiting was in relation to the giving of the medication or any poop eating? What went on shortly before she vomited?
The most commonly used product used is For-Bid and is pretty safe.
If she is still not interested in food that is cause for concern.

She ate a snall portion of food today but a still a little amount came back up. She drank water .and a smalll porrion of pedialyte afterwardd.I have separated her from the other pup just as a precautionary measure.

Whatever is going on has been going on for 2 days now (and some change).
There is very little we can do to help you we cannot diagnose and honestly with the sparse information we have been given it is difficult to understand exactly what is happening. I certainly don't want to discourage you from using the site, but I do want to encourage you to take her in for a check up.
Gather a GOOD history, what , how much she has eaten, when she has vomited, what she vomited (undigested food, yellowish fluid, clear watery fluid) be graphic if you must, the vet has heard it all. Any information like chewing up toys or clothing items (if she does this), if family members give table treats. When she has had a stool and what it looked like.
Is she drinking more water or less or normal, etc, etc.
Call your vet, I wish you the best and let us know what happens.

I completely agree with Lady Sam. We don't want to discourage you from using the site, but there's absolutely no way to give a diagnosis online. This section is more for training issues, questions about dogs, breeds, etc.

We did have a vet on the site, he doesn't come by that often, and even he would tell you to take your dog to the vet, we can't give a diagnosis online, it's not possible.

This could be serious. The sooner you take your dog to the vet, the better the chance that she'll survive this if it is serious. Don't risk it by continuing to treat at home.
