You can start testing about 2 weeks after you miss your period.

Any time there is penile insertion there is the risk of pregnancy. So yes you could be pregnant. The first manifestation of a pregnancy is missing your period. But its not the only p[possibility.

There are many reasons for a missed period, sometimes it just happens and a women does not know why.

But yes pregnancy is of course a option, was there any protection, birth control pills, morning after pills ?

Yes, very much so. The sperm go through your cervix into your uterus where they swim around and go into the Fallopian tubes, looking for an egg to fertilize.
