My shower is leaking in the pipe behind the silver cylinder which we were able to remove. How can we repair the pipe and can it be removed? It is hard to see, so we don't know where it detaches. Thank you!

What cylinder?

If you have a leak in pipe, is it hot or cold water? Or does it lead from faucet to shower head? Need more info.
