Please help me. I forgot my gmail password and security question.

Ask Google help desk. How would we know it?

Go to www.gmail.com
Click on the "I cannot access my account link" then "I forgot my password."

Answer the security question or type in the recover email address or recovery phone number.
If you can't remember these Google will ask you some questions to verify this is your account and the respond to you within a few days.

You obviously need to create another email account for them to respond to you.

If you completely fail, create a new account and start using that one.
