I'm filing a I-130 for my spause. Question 16 is where I'm stuck.
He was caught crossing the boarder in TJ in 2001 and sent back to TJ. He was finger printed at the time.
Do I put that on Q:16? If so, which category there are 4 options.
Should he pay a lawyer to submit his I-130?
Please help. Any advice is appreciated.
