What have you done and what have you observed beyond, "It turns brown after flushing".

I haven't observed anything except I flush and the water comes in brown.

Remove the tank lid and observe the water in the tank. Unless the water there is clear you have a problem with the water supply not the toilet.

Run a sink full of water in the lavatory and see what it looks like.

On a well?

Not on a well. Water in tank is clear. I even cleaned the tank.
