Wel I am 19 yrs olds.. I am an average person. Its been 3 years I have been having this problm... I have a dry skin.. the dry skin makes me itch on the folds of my arms, under there knee and on my neck.. due to this I have dark skin on those areas.. is there anyway I have get back my normal colo of the skin on those areas?

I think this might help you with dry skin because my sister has really dry skin.. go to the pharmacy and buy QV skin lotion or Sorbolene cream lotion
