I have a redhat 9 with 2 network card.I want to access this computer from 2 different network.will I be ableto connect to this system if I plug cables of both the network in different network card with some static ip??

If you are trying to connect to the system directly from the same network then the answer is yes. For example, if you have 10.0.0.10/255.255.255.0 for one NIC and 192.168.0.10/255.255.255.0 for the other NIC then you can connect to this machine from any system on 10.0.0.0/255.255.255.0 and 192.168.0.0/255.255.255.0.
If on the other hand you are trying to connect to this machine from another network entirely then chances are that you can only get to this machine from one NIC.
