In my family there is 3. We took my friend and her boyfriend and 3 kids in caz they had no place to go. Shelters were full, she had a job she asked to stay with us for a month. During the first week she lost her job and its week 3 and stuff has been missing I've asked and just hearing no I don't know anything. I want them out, but don't want to be cold. She has a job interview on Wednesday and so does her man. I know its hard out there but I'm going crazy and broke replacing everything that's missing or broken.

Help her find a place to live. And help her move. Or just tell her to leave. She hasn't been there ling enough to establish residence, but if she refuses to leave, it may be difficult.

The longer you wait (in many areas it's 30 days) the harder it gets to consider someone just an unwanted guest, a trespasser. They become a tenant whether they pay you a dime or not.

Stuff missing might be sold or pawned for what they need, or it might be drugs or booze, who knows. And these job interviews might be non-existent. You do have to be cold. Plan a short speech, the shorter the better, and stand there while they pack up and go.
