I have had constant pain in my left side above ribs n below breast 4 about 2/3 Weeks n I would say it no better I did have a cough a few weeks ago still got a slight 1 now I am on quite a lot of medication any ideas?

Could be a bruised rib from coughing. You could also have broken a rib from coughing, it can happen.

If the pain has been going on for this long, it's time to talk to your doctor about it.
