I've been feeling abdominal pain these past few days
I have polycystic ovarian syndrome.. I've been feeling abdomenal pain these past few days.. but they're not so painful. I mean they're bearable. Then, sometimes I feel dizzy. My stomach feels hard when I push it. I took 3 home pregnancy tests. They were all negative. Is it possible that I'm having ectopic pregnancy? Im 19.

Was your period due at the beginning of September, or the end. It's only October 5, so it does make a difference.

If your period is at least two weeks late it's time to take a pregnancy test using first morning urine. If that test is negative, wait to see what happens with your next period. If you miss it, test again or see a doctor for a blood test.

If you feel that something is wrong, then see a doctor.

Really there's no way to diagnose online, you're the one that has to decide what to do, and when to do it.

I should have my period on the 18th of September.. but I didn't have my period as I told you.. I just did 3 tests yesterday, the day yesterday and today. I did all of them in the morning.. Cause I know it would be most likely accurate in the morning.

Some women do not show and test correctly until latter in pregnancy on home tests, ( rare buthappens) so a trip to the doctor at this point would not be wrong.

Since at 3 weeks late, you should not be having pain, firmness or other signs like this, it really sounds like something else which should be checked
