I moved out of the house in North Carolina because I was arguing with my wife one late night and have been out of the house for a week now, but go home daily making sure the dogs get walked and the kids get feed. Can I move back in without her calling the cops and them keeping me away? What are my rights? I have 3 kids..

You are still married and this is the marital home. If she calls the police she will have to show that you have been violent to get the police to force you away.

The question is whether you want to reconcile or not. If you do, it might be better to arrange for joint counseling before you try to move back in.
