Hi doc. I had my menstruation last September 15 to 19.. then October 1 I have some light brown pinkish in my undies. Until now.. I am now 5 dayy at light bleeding I do not feel any pain. What could this be?

Hi to all.. I just really need some help I'm really panic. I had menstruation last September 15 to 19 then oct 1 saw some brownish pinkish light blood on my panties.. but I do not feel any pain. It's like a normal days.I had a fever last Saturday and Sunday September 28-29. I sleep late and I woke up early because of school stuffs. Oct 1 until now oct 5 I still have light bleeding. What could it be?
