If there are no children or property, then why do you need a settlement agreement?

It is going to depend on which state or country you are in. I suggest you go down to the courthouse and ask the clerk of court to let you see some random divorce files. Find such an agreement (that the judge signed off on to make sure it's a good one) in one of them, copy it, and adapt it to your situation.
